Leading a team in Managing, Coordinating, Supervision and quality assurance, and certifying the implementation of the EU Funded ERDF 017 Project from the client side.
The Project consisted in: excavation, construction of concrete substructure, steel framed super structure, finishing works including curtain glazed façade, mosaic cladding, raised floorings, soffits, mechanical, electrical, ventilation systems, HVAC, fire detection, BMS, equipment, furniture and landscape works.
This project was executed by ten contractors and various stakeholders were involved.
